// the board

Your pipeline, at a glance.

Paste a link and a card appears. Drag it across columns as the conversation moves. The board is the whole product — no setup, no schema, no fields to define.

01

Paste anything.

LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Indeed — or a link from a friend. We pull title, company, location, salary. You review and save.

02

Drag, don't edit.

Status changes are a gesture, not a form. Drop a card into Interview and the timeline writes itself.

03

Spot the silent ones.

Cards in Applied for seven days get a quiet nudge in the corner. No notification spam — just signal.

// what's inside

A whole workspace, hiding in one card.

Every application is a single source of truth: the link, the people, the resume version, the notes, the timeline.

// capture

Paste once.
Tracked forever.

Drop in any job URL — our parsers handle the top five platforms cleanly, and fall back to a friendly manual form when a site fights back.

The card is a workspace, not a row.

// how it works

Three habits, one quiet board.

1

Paste a link.

From wherever you found it. A card appears in Saved with the parts that matter. Edit anything inline.

2

Drag as it moves.

Applied. Phone screen. Interview. Offer. Each move writes a timestamp, so future-you knows exactly when.

3

Open the digest on Monday.

One email. The applications that have gone quiet, ready to be nudged. No pings. No anxiety. Just signal.

// in the wild

Built for the way real job searches feel.

I was applying to ten jobs a day and losing my mind in spreadsheets. Stax is the first thing that's let me actually see my search.

Software engineer · 134 cards

I keep a list of roles I'm passively watching. Stax makes it feel like a quiet workshop — open it once a week, never feel behind.

Senior PM · 22 cards

Switching careers means hundreds of small notes per role. The card-as-workspace finally fits how I actually think about each company.

Hundred-plus applications, three months out from graduation. The Monday digest is the only thing keeping me from ghosting myself.

// questions

A few honest answers.

We do — though LinkedIn is hostile to scrapers, so we degrade gracefully. If we can't fetch the page cleanly, we hand you a pre-filled manual form so you're never blocked. The rest of the top five (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Indeed) parse cleanly.
No. We send one email a week, every Monday at 9am local time, with a digest of applications that have gone quiet. That's it. No per-card pings, no nags, no FOMO. You can turn the digest off entirely in settings.
Not in v1. You can paste links one at a time, or create a card manually with just a company and role. CSV import is on the roadmap.
Stax works on mobile as a read-mostly experience — see your board, get reminders, jot a quick note. Drag-and-drop kanban is desktop-only in v1.
Only you. Stax is single-user — no teams, no sharing, no surfaces where another human could see your search. Your data is never used to train models.
Free during the beta. We'll announce pricing before any paid plan ships, and current users will keep a generous free tier.
